Aquiferra is a boutique, single estate olive grove dedicated to producing superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Located near the Ngaruroro River,south-east of Hastings in Hawke’sBay, New Zealand, it shares the terroir of many of New Zealand’s finest vineyards. Olive varieties: Frantoio, Kalamata, Koroneiki, Leccino, Manzanilla, Pendolino and Picual. Aquiferra is a small, family business taking pride in doing things with care and enjoying the process. Half of our olives are hand picked and the rest are machine harvested. All are cold pressed within hours of harvest. The oil is tested to ensure it meets international EVOO standards and is blended to achieve the best possible, well-balanced flavours. Fresh, Extra Virgin Olive Oil is recognized as having many health benefits.
Sorry, but we have SOLD OUT of our 2012 and 2011 oils. The 2013 oil will be available in late July or early August.
